Sauce:
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup sugar, or to taste
2 tsp. Garlic salt
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (11 oz.) white shoepeg corn, drained
8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 bunch of green onions, sliced
Whisk all the ingredients for the sauce. Add the remaining ingredients to the sauce. Serve with tortilla chips.
