Layered Greek Dip

INGREDIENTS:


1 8oz. Pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cup hummus, I prefer spicy

1 cup cucumber, chopped

1 cup tomato, chopped

½ cup Kalamata pitted olives, chopped

½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

⅓ cup green onions, sliced

Pita chips to serve


DIRECTIONS:


In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and combined. Spread cream cheese mixture onto a serving plate. Evenly spread the hummus on the cream cheese layer. Top with cucumber, tomato, Feta cheese, olives and green onions. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Serve with Pita chips or tortilla chips.
