½ pound lean ground pork
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
2 green onions, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
½ tsp. Ginger, minced
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put in a zip top bag to marinade for a few days. Dip wrappers in a bowl of cool water. Place 1 rounded teaspoon onto the center of pot sticker wrapper. Fold wrapper over half the filling, pleating the edges in decorative fashion being sure to seal the edges. Place in a skillet with oil and sesame oil just enough to wet the pan. Cook over medium high heat until lightly browned. Turn to brown all 3 sides. Pour ⅓ cup water into the skillet and cover. Simmer 3-4 minutes or until the water is gone.
