1 ¼ lb block of white American cheese, cut into cubes
1 small can diced green chiles
2 pickled jalapenos, chopped
1 oz. pickled jalapeno juice
⅔ cup whole milk
½ cup cold water
Pinch of cumin
Combine all ingredients. Can be cooked in a crock pot, stove top, or microwave safe bowl. Serve once all the cheese is melted with tortilla chips
