Ingredients
Sauce:
⅔ cup Hoisin sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
Meatballs:
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp sesame oil
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp ground ginger
3 tsp garlic, minced
2 eggs
½ cup green onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls, place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until no longer pink in the center. Whisk together the sauce ingredients. These can be served with the sauce on the side and dip the meatballs into. I prefer to place the meatballs and sauce in a crockpot and serve. If you choose the crockpot method, double the sauce.
