12-16--pkg. Linguine or Fettuccine Noodles

1/4 cup Canola oil or olive oil

1T dark sesame oil

1T Red pepper flakes

2T Minced garlic

1T minced ginger

1T sugar

1T white vinegar

1/2 cup soy sauce

3 green onions stalks chopped

DO NOT SALT YOUR PASTA WATER!

Cook noodles as pkg requires until tender. Drain the pasta. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together except green onions.

I like to simmer the sauce about a minute or 2. you can mix the sauce ahead of time, even the day before. There is nothing in it to go bad.

Toss the drained noodles with the sauce and top with green onions.

Can be enjoyed hot or cold!

Today, I sauteed a slivered chicken breast in olive oil and sesame oil. Drained the chicken into a bowl, retaining the dripping. Then Slivered a medium onion and cooked until clear in the retained juice..
